Business Development is about growth, new business models and innovation. Growth is certainly not just about realizing more sales, but also about learning new things and going beyond your comfort zone. This applies to our customers, but certainly also to everyone who works at Adapt Innovation. We thereby help not only our partners but also our own people. We invest up to 70% of our profit in this every year.
